Seats are real seats, and they include the adults. A class of 30 with four adults needs 34 seats, not 30.

Planning the trip
What to tell us, and what to expect
A few details change the price and the plan more than anything else. Put them on the quote form and we will do the rest.
- Seatbelts in every vehicleSeatbelts are fitted in every vehicle we arrange, from the 16-seat minibus to the 55-seat coach.
- Wait, or drop and return?Tell us whether the coach stays with you at the venue or drops you and comes back for the pick-up. It changes the price, so we ask up front.
- Pick-up and drop-off pointsTell us where the vehicle can stop at school and at the venue. A coach is around 12 metres long, and school gates and venue car parks are not always easy.
- School day timingsGive us the start, lunch and finish times. The driver’s legal breaks are built into the plan so the return still fits your day.
- A name and number for the dayYour driver’s name and mobile number reach you the day before, so the lead teacher has someone to call.
- DBS-checked drivers on requestIf your trip needs DBS-checked drivers, tell us when you ask for the quote and we will arrange it.

Date, pick-up, drop-off and numbers, on the quote form or by phone. Simple trips are quoted in minutes, multi-stop jobs within the hour.
Confirm and pay
Pay a 30% deposit, or the full amount, and your booking is confirmed. Cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund.

Your driver’s name and mobile number reach you the day before, then we look after the day.

Before you book a school trip
How many seats do we need for a class trip?
Count everyone who is travelling, adults included. Each vehicle carries as many people as it has seats: 16, 22, 34, 49 or 55. A class of 30 with four adults needs a 34-seater. If you are between sizes, tell us the numbers and we will suggest the smallest vehicle that is comfortable.
How much does a school trip coach cost?
The price depends on your route, date, hours and number of passengers, so we quote each trip rather than list rates. Put your journey on the quote form and we reply with a fixed price, driver included. Once we have quoted, that quote is your fixed price.
Are there seatbelts on the vehicles?
Yes. Seatbelts are fitted in every vehicle we arrange.
Can the coach wait at the venue, or drop us and come back?
Either. Tell us which you want when you request the quote, because it changes the price. If the coach waits, the driver’s breaks are planned around your timings.
Who is the driver, and how does the lead teacher reach them?
Every booking includes a professional driver. Their name and mobile number are sent to you the day before the trip, so the lead teacher can call them directly on the day. DBS-checked drivers are available on request.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. The summer term and the weeks before Christmas fill first, and the earlier you ask the more choice you have. A quote does not commit you, and you can cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund.
