Which size for your group
Each coach carries as many passengers as it has seats. A group of 20 with large suitcases may need to step up from the 22-seater, so tell us what you are bringing.

Before you book
What a quote includes, and what to plan for
The things that catch groups out are rarely the price itself. These are the ones we are asked about most.
- Coach and driver includedThe vehicle and a professional driver for the whole job. Nobody in your group needs to drive, and we do not offer self-drive hire.
- ULEZ is coveredEvery coach is ULEZ compliant, so there is no extra charge to enter London.
- Tolls and tickets are extraMotorway tolls, ferry crossings and entry tickets are paid separately. If you would rather take a toll route when a free one exists, such as the M6 Toll instead of the free M6, the toll is yours. Your quote shows anything extra before you book.
- Long days and driver hoursDrivers must take legal breaks and rest periods. We build them into your timings, and on very long or multi-day trips your quote will say if a second driver or an overnight stay is needed.
- Where the coach can stopA full-size coach is around 12 metres long. Tell us about narrow streets, school gates or venues with a set drop-off point and we will check the access before the day.
- More than 55 seatsTwo or more coaches can run on one booking, with one quote and one team looking after all of them.

Confirm and pay
Pay a 30% deposit, or the full amount, and your booking is confirmed. Cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund.

Your driver’s name and mobile number reach you the day before, then we look after the day.

Before you book a coach
How much does it cost to hire a coach for a day?
The price depends on your route, date, hours and number of passengers, so we quote each trip rather than list rates. Put your journey on the quote form and we reply with a fixed price, driver included. Once we have quoted, that quote is your fixed price.
What size coach do I need for my group?
Each size carries as many passengers as it has seats: 22, 34, 49 or 55. If your group is carrying luggage, tell us on the quote form and we will confirm whether you need to step up a size. Give us your numbers and what you are bringing, and we will recommend the right one.
Is the driver included in the price?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional driver for the whole job. On long days the driver’s legally required breaks are built into the timings, and for very long or multi-day trips your quote will say if a second driver or an overnight stay is needed.
Do the coaches have seatbelts and air conditioning?
Seatbelts are fitted in every vehicle. Air conditioning and USB charging vary by coach. If you need something specific, such as a toilet on board, tell us on the quote form and we will confirm what is available for your date.
How far ahead should I book a coach?
As early as you can. Summer weekends, event days and December fill first, and the earlier you ask the more choice you have. If your date is close, call 0800 8611 786 and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
Can you provide more than one coach?
Yes. Two or more coaches on one booking are routine, with one quote and one team looking after all of them.
