- How many are travellingCount everyone, because every passenger needs a seat. We then choose between 8 and 55 seats.
- Luggage and equipmentSuitcases, kit bags, instruments or anything else that takes space.
- One way, return or waitingTell us whether the vehicle waits for you or drops off and returns later.

Common questions about getting in touch
How do I book?
Send the quote form, call or email us. We reply with a fixed price. Once you confirm in writing and pay as set out in our terms and conditions, the booking is made.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within about an hour during opening hours, which are Monday to Friday 9 to 6 and Saturday 9 to 4. We answer emails on Sundays too.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give us, because popular dates fill up. If your trip is soon, call free on 0800 8611 786 and we will tell you straight away what is possible.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Tell us as soon as your plans change. One reschedule is free of charge, subject to availability. The full rules are in our terms and conditions.
Can I visit your office?
Our registered office is at Keypoint, 17-23 High Street, Slough SL1 1DY. We deal with quotes and bookings by phone, email and the quote form, so please get in touch with us first.
