Studios on our doorstep
One of Britain’s main film and TV areas, and we are in the middle of it
Pinewood Studios is at Iver Heath in Buckinghamshire, Bray Studios is at Water Oakley near Windsor, and Shepperton Studios is in Surrey. We are based in Slough, close to all three, and also run to location shoots across the Home Counties and further afield.
We are an independent passenger-transport operator. We name the studios only to show where we run, and we are not part of any of them.

Planning the run
What to send us
The more of the call sheet you can share, the closer the first quote is to the final one.
- Call and wrap timesWhen people need to arrive and when they leave. We plan pick-ups backwards from the call.
- Pick-up pointsThe hotel, station or meeting point for each run, and where the vehicle can stop at the base.
- Numbers per runHow many people on each run, and whether numbers change from day to day.
- Bags and casesTell us what travels with each person, so we check it fits before we confirm the vehicle.
- Child performersIf child performers will travel, say so when you ask for the quote. DBS-checked drivers are available on request.
- A name and number for the dayYour driver’s name and mobile number reach you the day before, so the transport coordinator has someone to call.
How booking works
From enquiry to the road
Tell us the journey
Date, pick-up, drop-off and numbers, on the quote form or by phone. Simple trips are quoted in minutes, multi-stop jobs within the hour.
Confirm and pay
Pay a 30% deposit, or the full amount, and your booking is confirmed. Cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund.
Meet your driver
Your driver’s name and mobile number reach you the day before, then we look after the day.

Before you book for a production
Do you run to Pinewood, Bray and Shepperton?
Yes. They are all within easy reach of Slough, and we also run to location shoots across the Home Counties and the rest of Britain. We are an independent operator and are not part of any studio.
Can you cover very early calls and late wraps?
Yes. Give us the call and wrap times and we plan the runs around the driver’s legal hours. If a day is likely to overrun, tell us and we will plan for it.
Can you run a daily shuttle for the length of the shoot?
Yes. Send us the schedule, with the days, pick-up points and numbers, and we quote the runs together. Each trip is priced as a fixed quote.
Can you collect from several pick-up points?
Yes. Tell us each stop and the time you want the group at the base, and we plan the route and the order.
Do you supply production vehicles, trucks or cars?
No. We provide minibuses and coaches with a professional driver, to move people. We do not carry production equipment.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the route, dates, hours and number of passengers, so we quote each booking rather than list rates. Put your schedule on the quote form and we reply with a fixed price, driver included. Once we have quoted, that quote is your fixed price.
